How to request deletion
In the NexusCast app
Open Settings, go to the License tab, and tap Delete Account beneath Log Out. Confirm in the dialog that appears.
On the web
Sign in at nexuscast.net/login, go to Dashboard → Settings, and use Delete Account in the Danger Zone section.
What happens next
Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion in 30 days. During that time you can restore it at any point simply by signing back in — in the app or on the website — and choosing Restore My Account. Restoring cancels the deletion completely; nothing is lost.
If you have an active paid subscription, we ask you to cancel it first, at nexuscast.net/dashboard/billing, before requesting account deletion. This is so your subscription doesn't keep billing after your account is gone. A subscription already set to end at its current billing period does not block deletion.
After the 30-day period, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We delete your sign-in identity, your licence and subscription record, registered devices, usage history, and any cached copies of that data. Content you explicitly shared for support purposes (for example, an email you sent us) may be kept separately as part of our normal support records, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
